QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Clear expectations, from the first conversation to active support.
Yes. We work with solo owners, growing teams, and established organizations, as long as the requested responsibilities fit the support we can provide.
Start with the tasks you need help with, their volume, and when support is needed. Trial offers a defined introduction; the monthly packages offer different hour allowances for recurring work. We discuss your priorities and available coverage before agreeing on a package and scope.
No. Monthly packages use shared support by default, with responsibilities, coverage, and response expectations agreed before service begins. The hour allowance does not provide continuous or 24/7 availability.
Additional service hours and dedicated coverage require separate approval, are subject to availability, and may cost extra. We review changes before adding them to the agreed work.
We agree on the responsibilities, instructions, approval boundaries, and exclusions in writing. During discovery, we clarify what support can handle and which decisions or unusual issues need your approval.
Only when needed for the approved responsibilities. We prefer individual user accounts and least-privilege permissions, and we never ask you to put passwords into the workload review form.
The Trial is a one-time $200 introductory arrangement providing 20 service hours over two weeks, subject to the signed scope, approved coverage, payment, and current availability.
We confirm responsibilities, coverage, availability, and exclusions in writing. After the scope is accepted and prepaid payment is verified, we agree on the start date and begin onboarding. An inquiry or discovery conversation alone does not start service.
